Yi Zhang

Yi Zhang is an urban design researcher specializing in urban regeneration, urban morphology, and the transformation of rapidly evolving cities. Her work explores the intersection of architecture, urban design, social systems, and the informal processes that shape contemporary urban environments.

She conducted doctoral research at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design (GSD) in Urban Planning and Design, with a focus on urban informality and the spatial transformation of cities.
